Srila Prabhupada’s 2003 December Book Distribution Marathon nectar!
Dear Vijaya Prabhu,
Please accept my humble obeisance's, all glories to your Guru Maharaja, all glories to our most beloved Srila Prabhupada, all glories to Sri Guru and Gauranga, all glories to the sankirtan devotees of the Lord!
I am eager to hear more reports of Srila Prabhupada's transcendental 2003 December Book Distribution Marathon in other parts of the world. I would also like to here reports from countries like, Greece, the middle East, Japan, far East ect.
Thank you for your glorious service to your Guru Maharaja and Srila Prabhupada, and for your inspiration.
I remain your servant as always and am eager for the nectar for which we always anxious!

Yesterday At the Somerset West shopping mall, I stopped a young man coming towards me. He seemed to be in deep thought, I said to him, "Hey, smile, you look so serious, what's the problem?" He told me that he was in a state of confusion about what Xmas present to buy. "I have just the present you need, follow me," I said to him. I showed him a complete set, he looked at them with great interest. "Unfortunately, I cannot afford the whole lot, I'm a student you know," he said. I told him that it was okay, if he liked, he could take half the set of books. I asked him who he was thinking of giving the books to. He said he was thinking of giving it to his girlfriend, someone in her family had just recently died, and he though that the gift of books to her, would be just what she needed. "That's very thoughtful of you, she will most definitely get great benefit from taking these books," I said to him. I asked him if he had read Srila Prabhupada's books before – no he had not, but he remembers his mother telling that she had met some 'travelling monk" before who showed him the books. Srila Prabhupada's books are the greatest gift to human society.
The characteristics of Krsna are understood to be a storehouse of transcendental love. Although that storehouse of love certainly came with Krsna when He was present, it was sealed. But when Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu came with His associates of the Païca-tattva, they broke the seal and plundered the storehouse to taste transcendental love of Krsna. The more they tasted it, the more their thirst for it grew.
So when we are giving out Srila Prabhupada's books to so many fortunate spirit souls who take them, we are assisting Lord Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu distribute the treasure of the storehouse of love of God and the greatest gift, love of God is given, which is the perfection of life. Hare Krsna!
