Kayla developed a taste for reading
Kayla is a writer. She kept in contact after getting a stack of books at our Hornsby stall and reading the Prabhupada book.
Now she is getting a Srimad Bhagavatam set.
Before we drove to her place, she called and said, “Remember, Radhika? We met at Hornsby stall, and you gave me a stack of books.”
Then she halted for few seconds and continued to say with a long, relieved breath, “I think it was destiny that I received those books from you, and now I want to read every single sentence Srila Prabhupada has written.”
Of course, I drove there with a Bhagavatam set and an NOD, which I had not given her. She was very happy to give a donation, and her husband Anthony and I had an enriching discussion.
