Bhagavad Gita the touch stone

Bhagavad Gita the touch stone

While I was at the Woodford Festival in Australia, a young man came to mytable. He is from Byron Bay, the sense-gratification capital of
Australia.

I explained some pictures in the Bhagavad-gita, and he was impressed, so he decided to take one and give a donation. He also asked many questions about Krsna, happiness, nature, and yoga. I then invited him to New Govardhana.

A couple of weeks later I was at New Govardhana farm, and a devotee comes over and says there's a young man at the farm that got a Bhagavad-gita from me at the Woodford festival.

I was surprised because this would be the first time anyone, that I know of, came from the festival to New Govardhana — it's a four hour drive.

We met that evening, and he was so happy to be at the farm. He said he had read up to the sixth chapter of the Gita and loved it. He said wanted to stay and learn about Krsna. Yesterday we went on harinama and distributed books together. His name is Bhakta Nekawa.

The next day, again, a devotee came and told me there is another person at the farm that came from the Woodford Festival. I saw him the next morning at the morning program. His name is Bhakta Rolland, from Perth. He didn't get a Gita from me in Woodford — he just wanted a small book because he was backpacking. Both of them are now chanting rounds, taking prasada, and want to be devotees. Krsna's mercy!
