Book tables inspire people in Hong Kong
Book tables have been inspiring for many devotees. New-comers get to know about Srila Prabhupada's teachings.
Ever since I started the ISKCON 50 campaign in Hong Kong, we've had a book exhibition in front of some shopping mall. By having this table in front of the mall, and by doing some book fairs, and by lots of book distribution on World Book day (April 23) for the last two years, we've distributed over five thousand books. The book tables have been instrumental.
A few days ago, a book table was set up during Sivaratri, and thousands of halava packets and over a hundred books were distributed, with only three devotees involved, Srila Prabhupada (big poster), and me and my wife, who has been a sankirtan devotee for last the last thirty-four years.
