Book Distribution in England
Dear Book Distributors, In May I went to England to do some book distribution, for two or three days a week. I kept a few notes in my diary, which I am presenting here. May 5th I got in a van and got dropped at a train station near Bhaktivedanta Manor. (I didn’t want to go to London during my first day in England, so I just distributed in Borehamwood, where I was dropped.) It’s a small town, where some devotees live. I met a Tamil man tending a shop; his father had died two weeks before, and he was in the mood of wondering about...

Please accept my humbled obeisances. All glories to Srila Prabhupada! In retrospect I can see that almost all of my recent interactions on book distribution have not been for me; 'mind-blowing', nor for others; instantly life changing. I said," NO! BUT I HAVE A TICKET FOR YOU TO THE SPIRITUAL WORLD!...

I never thought I could distribute books. I know I love Krishna, but I just can't see myself persuading people about the philosophy and getting them to accept a book and appreciate it. However, a couple of weeks ago I was in Downey for a job assignment and it was so hot I went into this karmi place to buy a drink. All of a sudden one of the girls there (she looked like she was Indian) asked me, "Is that Krishna?" I realized she was talking about my pendant so I said, "Yes!" Then she joined her palms and said, "Oh,...
