Milk farmer preaching

Please accept our humble obeisances all glories to Srila Prabhupada, all glories to Sri-Sri-Panca-Tattva.
While doing travelling sankirtan in the countryside of Finland, we sometimes by milk straightly from the farms.
On the warm up week for Sri Nrsmha-marathon our skt-group was travelling in countryside of south Finland, and I followed by bus one day later. I just arrived when boys had finished their distribution and Avadhuta Candra prabhu asked me to drive us to one farm for milk. He told this one farmer had bought Bhakti-yoga, and man happened to live just couple of kilometers away from our accomodation.
Man was really original type of Finish countrysideman, big belly, eager talker, simple but on material level certain kind of innocence.
We talked about cows, A.C. preached to the man about how mother cow is highly respected in India, how there is even use for her dung and urine, and how in our farms old cows and bulls are not killed. Man, and his wife who joined to our discussion later, were very much fascinated about our stories of monkstudents , you know, nothing so spectacular generally happens in their neighbourhood.
We spend at least one hour there, they listened all kind of points, we asked the names of their cows, discussed what they think about the new night milking etc. We showed them first canto, and told how the beginning of Kali-yuga was connected to the mistreatments of cow, and how previously all living entities were protected by the king.
At the end he donated us 10 l of milk, we asked some cowdung (we didn`t tell that we use it for cleaning kitchen…) and A.C. even asked some hairs from cows tails to "auspicious seremonies in the temple"(!) As a return we donated some bhajans to him, he was planning he could play it to the cows, and some prasadam. And we changed addresses and phonenumbers.
It still big step before they really change their practises of cow killing and mistreatment, the demoniac system is made that way that there are challenges, even if they want, but still I was thinking that it is plan of Gaura-Nitai that devotees meet these people, give them books, and try and pray that some actual change takes place.
