Srila Prabhupada in Cameron, Texas
Mishra Bhagavan and Sri Rangavati were traveling from Houston. She was wearing a pink sari and he a dhoti and bright yellow T-shirt that read 'Prabhupada on Tour'. They pulled into a little town known as Cameron. Sri Rangavati suggested that they do sankirtana at some stores there. During this Marathon I was distributing around sixty-five books a day. My senior devotee, Varaha Prabhu, put together a tour for me. One day he called and asked where I will be distributing the next day, and I told him the name of the city. He said in an encouraging way, "Oh, that's a very good city; if You don't distribute a hundred books there, then you are in maya!" I was really...
