Books for Amma’s followers and Muslims

Bhagavad Gita in Urdu

Just a few days ago, while distributing books in shops, Acarya Prabhu came to a hall where Amritamayi Amma's followers had gathered for a program given by her representative.

There was a big picture of Amma. Acarya decided to show a Srimad Bhagavatam set to Amma's representative, and surprisingly she was interested in the books and asked others present how many funds they had. When informed that they had enough funds, she bought the set. At the end, each of them took a volume of Srimad Bhagavatam to their home to read. It was a surprise and a good way to make these people devotees of Krishna.

Also, in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, forty-two percent of the population are Muslims. On the order of Srila Prabhupada, our spiritual master, Bhakti Vikasa Swami Maharaja, reminded us to distribute books also to the Muslims. Srila Prabhupada will definitely be pleased and bless our endeavours if a Muslim becomes a devotee of Krishna.

Recently, the Indian BBT published a new Urdu edition of Bhagavad Gita. So we ordered some and are distributing them to Muslims. Some are buying, and some are very tough. But after many difficult days of going through the Muslim shops, our devotees are feeling very strong and purified.

Thank you,
Hare Krishna.

Your servant,
Guru dasa
