Another mystical arrangement by Krsna
I arrived in Clevel and last night. I decided to go on a walk this afternoon with Ganga Natha Prabhu and Jai Nitai Prabhu. We were talking about the importance of distributing the Bhagavatam and how the mind is the only thing that gets in the way of our distributing Lord Caitanya’s mercy.
I mentioned that Badrinarayan Swami said, “The number-one reason that people don’t have a Bhagavatam set is because no one has told them about it.”
As we were speaking, a landscaper drove by and yelled out “Hare Krishna!”
We were a little shocked. We kept walking and describing the glories of Srimad Bhagavatam.
About ten minutes later he drove up on his lawn-mower. He began to tell us about how he got connected with devotees in San Diego. We had friends in common. He told us that he’s always considered the devotees to be like angels in his life.
I told him, “Today you should follow the angels and purchase a Srimad Bhagavatam set.”
He happily agreed.
