life comes from life

I approached 2 young men at the bussiness center downtown Capetown South Africa. I introduced myself and asked for their names. They told me that they were research scientist researching atmospheric pollution and were waiting to have a meeting at a national fuel company. I showed the one that showed the most interest, life comes from life. I told him that it was a very important book that all scientists should read, as it talks about the imperfection of modern materialistic science. I explained that there is so much scientific research going on, but that sometimes science and technology is being misused for the wrong purpose. He looked at the book, paging through it with interest. He looked at me a nd said, "So what will I learn by taking this book?" I told him, that the information in the book would help him to understand the origin and sacredness of life, that by studying it, it would help to broaden his horizon in his scientific research. He thanked me and gave me a donation. I thanked him for taking Srila Prabhupada's book from me and that by his sincerity and enthusiasm, had taught me a lesson in humility – I gave him another book, and SSR, gave him an invitation flyer to our programs and a postage reply-paid card and said to him, "Hare Krsna!
